Body electrical treatments are an ideal extension to the CIBTAC body massage qualification for those who wish to progress into the field of advanced body care.
During this advanced body course you will learn how to perform a detailed figure analysis and how to devise a treatment plan for a variety of figure problems using body electrical treatments such as galvanic (cellulite) and faradic (toning), vacuum suction (slimming), audio-sonic amd G5 (massage). Body electric treatments can have a dramatic effect on the body they; firm & tone the body contours, are slimming by reducing cellulite and soft fat, smooth, hydrate, moisturise the skin and overall create a feeling of relaxation and enhanced well-being thus giving the experienced therapist more choice for their clients body care needs.
In order to complete this course, a student must hold a CIBTAC body massage, anatomy & physiology treatments diploma or a UK Level 3 national standard qualification in beauty therapy, or equivalent. Please send in a photocopy of qualification/s with application.
Upon successful completion of the course students will receive an internationally recognised CIBTAC diploma at UK Level 3 national standards, approved by BABTAC. This CIBTAC Diploma will enable graduates to become members of BABTAC (British association of beauty therapy and cosmetology) and obtain insurance cover to work in the UK, Ireland and overseas.

This course is designed on a flexible time basis, enabling many part-time students to qualify who would not be able to attend college on a full time basis. Training involves 10 full days to include home study and completion of 12 case studies in our school salon. Students will initially learn by practicing on each other, though for the duration of the course students will also be required to provide clients to work on plus a suitable model (with no contra-indications to electrical treatments) for the practical examination on the final training day.
All students must complete 12 case studies. Treating 3 clients 4 times or 4 clients 3 times. Students must take pictures before and after treatment.
